Welcome to QR Vision (the “Service”), a web application available at app.qrvision.ae that enables companies and individuals to generate and manage QR codes. The Service is operated by Future Vision (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), headquartered in the United Arab Emirates. Our main website is thefuturevision.com.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Definitions

Account: Your registered profile on the Service.
Content: Any data, text, URLs, logos, images, files, or information you upload, encode, or link through a QR code.
Generated Codes / QR Codes: QR images and related metadata produced via the Service.
Subscription: Any paid plan, add-on, or usage-based fee.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental/guardian consent) and have authority to bind any company you represent. You confirm you are not barred from using the Service under applicable laws.

3) Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or privacy-violating purposes.
Encode or link QR Codes to malware, phishing pages, exploit kits, pirated content, or unsafe downloads.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt to bypass security, reverse-engineer, or scrape without permission.
Misuse trademarks or intellectual property you don’t own or have rights to use.
We may suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms.

5) Your Content & License to Us

You retain ownership of your Content. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, process, display, and transmit your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your Content complies with law.

6) Intellectual Property (Our Rights)

The Service, including software, design, features, trademarks, and logos of Future Vision and QR Vision, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Except for the limited rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.

7) Generated Codes; Reliability & Expiration

We generate QR Codes based on your inputs. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and safety of any destination or data encoded.
Codes may not function if the destination is unavailable, blocked, changed, or removed.
We may implement rate limits, storage limits, or retention policies; old or inactive Codes may be archived or deleted with notice where feasible.

8) Availability & Support

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Planned maintenance or emergency downtime may occur. Support is provided to the extent of your plan’s entitlements. Contact: [support email or contact link].

9) Plans, Billing & Taxes

Subscriptions: Paid features are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time in your Account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Changes: We may change fees or plan features prospectively with notice.
Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, or governmental fees, which you are responsible for paying.

10) Third-Party Services & Links

Content or destinations reached via QR Codes may be hosted by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party sites, services, or content, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11) Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at [link to privacy policy]. By using the Service, you consent to such processing. If you process personal data through the Service, you are the controller of that data and must comply with applicable data protection laws. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may be made available upon request for eligible plans.

12) Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for configuring your use (e.g., link destinations) safely and for promptly addressing any vulnerabilities affecting your Content.

13) Prohibited Businesses / Content (Illustrative)

We may restrict use by, or for, activities including: illegal drugs, weapons, human trafficking, child sexual exploitation, extremist content, fraud, gambling without license, hate speech, or any violations of UAE law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

14) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Service or your Account if you breach these Terms, pose security risks, fail to pay fees, or for other legitimate business reasons. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases, and we may delete your Content and Codes after a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations.

15) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CODES WILL ALWAYS SCAN OR THAT DESTINATIONS WILL BE ACCESSIBLE.

16) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUTURE VISION WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

17) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Future Vision, its affiliates, and personnel from and against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

18) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

19) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Emirate—e.g., Abu Dhabi], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to first attempt amicable resolution with us for at least 30 days before filing suit.

20) Export & Sanctions

You may not use the Service if you are subject to applicable sanctions or in violation of export control laws. You represent you are not located in a restricted country or on a restricted list.

21) Notices

22) Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy (and any DPA or order form, if applicable), form the entire agreement.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
